Since 1984 Ed Riggins has dealt with senior executives and property owners while negotiating
commercial real estate transactions for organizations ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500s. Since 2001 Riggins has been sharing lessons learned from this experience. Ed is among less than 1% of practitioners nationally to hold both the SIOR and CCIM designations, has been a national top producer for tenant advisory firm Cresa Global, named among “Commercial Real Estate Who’s Who” by Atlanta Business Chronicle and a “Power Broker” by Costar. He is a graduate of Auburn University, has completed Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, and the Landmark Forum.

Credit: This course is certified for 3 hours of real estate credit.

Attendees must join the program with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must present 90% of the program in order to receive credit. No partical credit will be given.
