Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned veteran, the SRS Course will redefine your ‘normal’ and reinvent the way you represent sellers. Learn tips and tools that will equip you to list in today’s marketplace.
This course delivers a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers.

-Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients
-Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
-Understand and comply with state license laws
-Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need
-Understand that the representation skills required to represent sellers encompass a comprehensive understanding of the legal duties and license law responsibilities.

• This livestream webinar is certified for 12 hours of real estate, elective for the ABR designation.
• Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, attendees must be present 90% of the program.
• You must attend all four days of the livestream to receive CE credit and fulfil the requirement for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. There will be no partial credit given.
