Ohio REALTORS needs you! The 2025 Ohio REALTORS Committee Application Process is NOW OPEN and we have exciting news! We have combined our two application processes to make applying easier than ever. You can now request to serve as committee leadership (Chair/Vice Chair) or member at the same time through June 30. Serving on committees has never been more important and many options are available. You can make a difference at Ohio REALTORS and greatly impact the real estate profession. We depend on our members to create a stronger, more effective Association, and there’s no better time than now to become involved.
Your 2025 Leadership Team will be meeting over the summer to finalize appointments to have committee leadership appointments confirmed by the annual convention in September and all other appointments confirmed in October.
Committees and forums generally meet in-person at the Winter Conference (February 3-4, 2025 in Columbus) and/or the Annual Convention (September 14-16 in Cleveland). Please note that committees may be called on to meet virtually or in-person throughout the year as needed. Several of our committees meet much more frequently, monthly or more depending on the issues to be addressed. Please keep in mind these time commitments when making your selections. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to the appropriate Ohio REALTORS staff member.
Please note that this application process is also being utilized for members wishing to serve as a panelist in our Professional Standards Program. The options here are for grievance and professional standards panelists, mediators and ombudsmen. Please remember that all members who receive one or more of these appointments MUST attend an educational program provided by Ohio REALTORS before they can start their service.
To apply, sign into the Ohio REALTORS website and then click "Member Portal" on the top of the page. Click on the Committees menu and then click on Committee Application. We recommend applying for no more than three to try to avoid meeting conflicts, but you can apply for more.
