The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award recognizes a REALTOR whose commitment to the REALTORS Political Action Committee and political involvement is unparalleled.
In 2001 Ohio REALTORS presented its first Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award. The award was created in the name of Phil Barnes, a dear friend and Past Ohio REALTORS President, whose commitment to the organization and to RPAC, was unparalleled. Phil Barnes passed away in 2001 after a lengthy illness. Before he passed, he was presented the first award.
