VP, Legal & Legislative Affairs
Todd Book -- Todd’s duties include staffing the legal assistance hotline, writing legal articles, and teaching continuing education programs. Todd serves as executive staff liaison to Ohio REALTORS® Legal Action, Forms, and C/I Committees. He also works closely with Ohio REALTORS® Public Policy Group, reviewing, analyzing, and testifying on proposed legislation. He is a frequent continuing education instructor, speaker and author on legal topics for real estate brokers and agents across the state.
Todd was an Ohio State Representative for the 89th District encompassing Scioto County and parts of Lawrence and Adams Counties (2003-2010). He has also served as the Economic Development Director of Scioto County and as an Adjunct Professor at both Ohio University Southern and Shawnee State University.
Additionally, Todd served for more than eight years as government relations consultant for the Ohio State Bar Association and other government relations clients. He brings extensive knowledge of Ohio law and has served as a practicing attorney throughout his career.

Todd graduated with a degree in Political Science from Western Michigan University and has a Juris Doctor from Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary.
