Real estate agent, broker, and appraiser educator, Melanie J. McLane has decades of experience in all facets of real estate education: course development to presentation. She's a REBAC Hall of Fame trainer, the 2012 RSPS of the Year, and was recently named Pennsylvania’s REALTOR^® of the Year. In addition, Melanie is a certified appraiser, licensed associate broker, and certified USPAP instructor. Melanie has owned and operated a brokerage, taught everything from pre-licensing to designation courses, and continues to practice as both an appraiser and an associate broker. In addition to her own courses, Melanie is certified to present most of the National Association of REALTORS^®' REBI & REBAC courses - several of which she's authored, co-authored or revised. Melanie currently serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS^®.
