Ralph Mantica (ABR®, CRS, GRI, AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR^® from Dayton, Ohio, serves Michigan and Ohio as NAR’s 2026 Regional Vice President for Region 6.

He’s been active in REALTOR^® association governance at the local, state, and national levels for many years, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the issues that impact property ownership nationwide.

At the national level, Ralph has served on the NAR Board of Directors and as Regional Representative on the State and Local Issues Mobilization Support Committee. He also has served on the Federal Taxation Committee and the Working Group to Evaluate Tax Incentives for Buying and Owning a Home. Ralph represented Ohio on the RPAC Major Investor Council.

Recognized for his commitment to advocacy, Ralph is a Crystal R President’s Circle member and is in both the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame and Ohio REALTORS^® RPAC Hall of Honor.

At Ohio REALTORS^®, Ralph served as 2023 President. He continues to serve on the state’s Executive and REALTOR^® Party committees and is a state political coordinator.
