Bob started Carleton Realty, LLC in 1990. Since then, he has grown the brokerage to over 200 agents across the state of Ohio. As a champion for fair housing, Bob has created a company culture of inclusivity, diversity and cooperation.

Bob has a passion for raising the level of competency, integrity and professionalism throughout the real estate industry. Active and respected in the real estate business, he has been a member of the Columbus REALTORS^® for over 30 years and sits on the Board of Directors for both Columbus REALTORS^® and Ohio REALTORS^®. He was honored with the Broker of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement awards by Columbus REALTORS^® in 2019.   

Bob is a big supporter of RPAC. He is a Golden R, member of the President’s Circle & was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame.

As an instructor at Hondros College since 1989, Bob has taught over 50,000 students, agents and brokers throughout the country.

He is a past National President of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) & has spoken at many national conferences.  He has earned his Distinguished Real Estate Instructor
