Deb Scherer brings more than 15 years of global business development experience across both the private and public sectors. As Senior Vice President, she leads worldwide marketing and business development efforts to advance the One Columbus regional strategy. Her private-sector background includes international sales and marketing on five continents, territory development, mergers and acquisitions, and the global promotion of Ohio-based products.

Deb is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP), accredited by the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators (NASBITE). She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Ohio University with a major in International Business and Marketing and a minor in Spanish.
