David is the Principal Broker and Managing Partner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty with over 600 agents that include many of the top residential and commercial real estate professionals in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. His brokerage career began in 2007, when he acquired Prudential Commercial Real Estate (now BHHS Professional Realty Commercial). It was a small franchise at the time, and he has since grown it to become the 4th largest commercial real estate firm in the Tri-State area as well as one of the top 20 commercial real estate property management firms in the state. His residential and commercial agents combine to make his company the largest Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate in the state of Ohio and the 23rd largest in the country, closing over 5000 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion in sales in 2019.

David has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, specifically in Investment Property, Property Management, Leasing, Contract negotiations, and Distressed Assets. He serves as the Managing Partner of Landmark Investment Properties, Ltd, which has commercial real estate holdings throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

In addition to his extensive real estate experience, David received his B.B.A in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in Marketing/Information Systems from Indiana University. He holds real estate broker licenses in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
