Aaron Pickrell is the Managing Partner of Remington Road Group, a full-service public affairs firm based in Columbus, Ohio with reach throughout the state, across the country, and in Washington, DC.

Aaron works with Fortune 500 companies, startups, labor unions, trade associations and nonprofits to advance their policy priorities, business objectives, and reputational goals. He applies and leverages more than two decades of national, state, and local political experience and the relationships he’s built at all levels of government to deliver for clients in industries ranging from financial services and technology, to energy and health care.

Before co-founding Remington Road Group in 2011, Aaron helped elect members of Congress, Governors and U.S. Presidents; and he was included in Politico’s “50 Politicos to Watch” list, and was named by Campaigns as Elections as one of leading political influencers in Ohio. He managed Ted Strickland’s gubernatorial campaigns and served as the Chief Operating Officer in Governor Strickland’s administration. He also held leadership and senior advisory roles on several other high-profile campaigns, including for Presidents Obama and Biden. During President Obama’s first term, he served as President of Unity 09, a national coalition established to help pass the Obama-Biden administration’s first year agenda. Earlier in his career, he served as Congressman Leonard Boswell’s Chief of Staff. 

He is a graduate of Iowa State University and lives in Bexley, Ohio with his wife, Joanne and daughters Lilly and Amelia.
