Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Global Real Estate: Local Markets
(in co-sponsorship with the Dayton REALTORS®)
The Global Real Estate: Local Markets course is the prerequisite course for the CIPS Designation. This introductory course offers students an overview of the international real estate business environment, including capital flow, currencies, government regulations and cultures. Topics such as international brokerage, networking, marketing, and selling will also be discussed.
