Virtual Classroom: The Great Unveiling - Introducing Ohio REALTOR^®'s New Statewide Purchase Contract

The Ohio REALTORS^® Forms Committee has created a statewide purchase contract incorporating best practices from around the state.  This program will be an in-depth discussion of the contract and how it addresses purchase contract issues.  Attendees will be educated on earnest money, prorated taxes, title insurance, closing, post-closing possession, owners association documents, and the importance of the contract’s adoption of “time is of the essence” language.

CE Information & Required Technology:

• This course is certified for 1.5 hours of real estate credit.
• Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
• Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.
