One-Day Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management (CRB) Elective Workshop

Welcome to the new CRB Course about compensation! This course covers an integral part of any successful brokerage, which is coming up with a compensation plan. Compensation is a vital piece of the puzzle for real estate brokers and managers.

The learning objectives for this course are as follows:

• Identify and understand the relationship between compensation and profitability for a real estate brokerage
• List and understand types of compensation to agents:
  a. 100% commission, including variations and caps
  b. Splits
  c. Salary
  d. Draw and commissions
  e. Other
• Compare and analyze compensation programs and profitability
• Employ compensation to direct agents’ efforts, e.g. more listings, more sales
• Assess the use of bonuses, both year end and signing
• Identify and debate profit sharing; including buy-ins
• Construct and share an operating statement for sharing with agents
• Understand operating statements and develop a compensation program for your brokerage. 

CE Logistics:

• This livestream webinar is certified for 6.5 hours of real estate credit, elective for the CRB designation.
• Attendees must share their video during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored.
• Per ODRE requirements, attendees must be present 90% of the program.
