(Nearly) 50 Ways to Lose Your License is a Core Law course you don’t want to miss! The class will seek to provide clarity and structure to better position your compliance, identify risk management tools, and help you to reduce your legal risks. Join former Ohio Division of Real Estate Superintendent, Anne Petit, as she provides a deep dive into the Commission’s processes, recent disciplinary actions, and real-life real estate litigation cases.

- This livestream webinar is certified for 3 hours of core law credit.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Presenter: Anne Petit
Anne Petit is the former Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing. She currently serves as Brokerage Manager for Heart Real Estate Agency in Grove City, Ohio. Petit served as the Division’s Superintendent from 2002 to 2005 and again from 2011 to her retirement from state service in 2022. During her time leading the Division, she was instrumental in the modernization of real estate license law, the creation and implementation of a grant program for Ohio’s non-profit cemeteries, the creation and implementation of Ohio’s home inspector’s education and licensing program, and its governing board.
