Take the Guesswork Out of Pricing Homes
Effectively determining residential property values is an essential skill for agents assisting both sellers and buyers. If you are REALTOR® earning your PSA certification will equip you with the skills to evaluate the real estate market and give you a deeper understanding of the pricing process. Earn your PSA certification and get the tools and confidence to become recognized in home pricing.
You will learn to:
- Determine the market-based value range of a home
- Choose the most appropriate comparables for a property
- Compile a CMA report for proper presentation
- Collaborate with appraisers
CE Information & Required Technology:
- This livestream webinar is certified for 6 hours of real estate credit, elective for the SRS and ABR designation, and credit towards completion of the GRI 201 Course for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
- Attendees must share their video during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored.
- You must attend both days of the livestream to receive CE credit and fulfill the requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. There will be no partial credit given.
- Per ODRE requirements, attendees must be present 90% of the program.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS CERTIFICATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Be an active REALTOR member of NAR®
- Complete the Pricing Strategy Advisor course
- Once your completion is processed, you will be emailed an invitation to apply for the PSA Certification online for a one-time application fee of $179 (there are no on-going dues with Certification)

Brooke Yussim is an Associate Broker with The Danberry Co. in Toledo, Ohio. She launched her real estate career in 2006 in the state of Oregon and went on to successfully run her own brokerage for 10 years before returning home to Ohio to be closer to family.
Before real estate, Brooke built a 25-year career in the fashion industry, honing her skills in business, negotiation, and client service. Today, she specializes in all aspects of residential real estate, with additional experience in property management and rural properties.
