The overarching goals of this course are to:
- Enhance Professional Efficiency: Equip appraisers with the skills to integrate AI-powered tools into their workflow, automating routine tasks and significantly accelerating the report generation cycle.
- Improve Report Quality: Empower appraisers to improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of their appraisal reports through AI-assisted narrative drafting, data synthesis, and content refinement.
- Foster Ethical and Compliant Adoption: Instill a strong ethical framework for the use of AI, ensuring all applications align with USPAP standards, mitigate bias, and promote public trust in the appraisal profession.
- Build Digital Competency and Confidence: Develop appraiser confidence and digital literacy, empowering them to adapt to technological advancements and maintain a competitive edge in an evolving industry.
CE Information & Required Technology:
- This course is certified for 7 hours of appraisal credit, 7 hours of real estate credit.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
- Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit. There will be partial credit given.

Jason graduated from Indiana University in 1997 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and has concentrated primarily on residential valuations - performing assignments ranging from simple home equity to complex residential properties and litigation assignments.
