The practice of real estate is full of opportunities — and risk. It’s vitally important for REALTORS® to keep up with the latest legal and regulatory issues in order to best protect your clients and your license. This class will update you on antitrust risks, state and federal regulatory issues, license law updates, recent cases and other legal issues designed to reduce your risk and keep you on top of the ever-changing world of real estate.
Whether you're a seasoned agent or just starting out, this course will help you stay on top of the most common legal and regulatory risks.
CE Information & Required Technology:
- This course is certified for 3 hours of core law credit, and provides credit towards completion of the GRI 205 Course for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
- Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.
