This program will enable attendees to understand the full scope of buyer representation and the agent’s role in guiding clients through each stage of the home-buying process.  Learners will be able to conduct a professional buyer consultation that establishes trust, clarifies needs, and sets realistic expectations. You will better understand financing options, contingencies, and agency relationships and apply negotiation strategies that protect client interests.  You’ll learn to manage the transaction from contract to closing, including inspections, appraisals, and title review, while identifying potential risk areas and compliance issues. Finally, agents will develop follow-up systems that enhance client relationships and promote long-term business growth through referrals and repeat customers.
