This course is designed for real estate professionals who want to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve their productivity, make better decisions, and stay ahead in the competitive market. It covers the basics of AI, its applications in real estate, marketing with AI, and practical productivity tools.
Topics covered:
- Understand the latest market trends and their impact on real estate.
- Develop advanced communication skills utilizing AI.
- Master digital tools and platforms for real estate marketing and sales.
- Learn effective strategies for property valuation and analysis.
- Enhance understanding of legal and ethical considerations in real estate related to artificial intelligence.
- This livestream webinar is certified for 6.5 hours of real estate credit, elective for the SRS designation.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. - Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.

The use of change management strategies helps her clients successfully bring their product to market. Onboarding programs, new agent training and top agent programs have been their focus. She is currently working on her Web3, Blockchain and Real Estate course as well as a two-day Fiscal Fitness Program for Realtors to manage and keep more of their money!
