Ohio REALTORS® is pleased to offer this course in partnership with Dynamic Directions, providing valuable educational programming to our members that supports professional growth and excellence in real estate. When registering, be sure to list Ohio REALTORS® as the name of the Local Board, Association or Referring School. Following course completion and confirmation of attendance requirements, participants will receive an email from Ohio REALTORS® for submission of a one-time $20 processing fee to obtain CE (if desired).

This one-day certificate course teaches real estate professionals how to expand their business by serving investor clients — and how to build an investment portfolio of their own. You’ll learn how to analyze deals, run cash-flow projections, understand tax and financing strategies, and speak the language of investors with confidence.

CE Information & Required Technology:
- This course is certified for 5 hours of Ohio real estate credit and is an elective for the ABR designation. Following verification of course completion and confirmation of attendance requirements, we will email you for submission of a one-time $20 CE processing fee. CE certificates will be distributed via email within 10 business days of payment receipt.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
- Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.

Mary Jean has worked in the real estate industry for 38 years, in all aspects of buying and selling residential and commercial properties for RE/MAX RIGHT CHOICE. She has experience in the real estate auction business through affiliation with Tranzon Auction Properties, a nationwide real estate auction company. Mary Jean teaches a variety of classes specifically in the commercial, auction, and historic home sectors.
