Agency is one of the most important, and most misunderstood, aspects of real estate practice. Too often, agents think of it as just paperwork or disclosure forms, but agency governs how you represent clients, handle conflicts, and protect yourself legally and ethically. This class is designed to give you practical, usable strategies you can put into play immediately.
You will learn how to avoid common pitfalls like implied agency, dual agency conflicts, and miscommunication about representation. We’ll connect fiduciary duties directly to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, review the legal consequences of missteps, and practice conflict resolution tools you can use to protect clients and your business. Whether you’re representing buyers, sellers, or navigating complex transactions with multiple parties, this course equips you to anticipate problems before they happen, resolve disputes effectively, and keep your business compliant and client focused.
If you’re ready to sharpen your skills, reduce your risk, and build stronger client relationships, this course will help you master agency — once and for all. Register TODAY for this important program!
