CE Information & Required Technology:
- This course is certified for 1.5 hours of real estate credit.
- Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. - Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit. There will be partial credit given.

Brooke Yussim is an Associate Broker with The Danberry Co. in Toledo, Ohio. She launched her real estate career in 2006 in the state of Oregon and went on to successfully run her own brokerage for 10 years before returning home to Ohio to be closer to family.
Before real estate, Brooke built a 25-year career in the fashion industry, honing her skills in business, negotiation, and client service. Today, she specializes in all aspects of residential real estate, with additional experience in property management and rural properties.
A lifelong learner, Brooke is committed to professional growth and excellence. She has earned multiple advanced designations and is licensed in both Ohio and Michigan.
