Michelle Czekalski Bradley is Chief Appraiser at Czekalski Real Estate, Inc., a family-owned firm founded by her grandmother in 1963. With over 35 years of experience, she is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, author of continuing education courses, and a nationally recognized appraisal educator. She has represented the National Association of REALTORS® in a variety of leadership roles, including serving on the Real Property Valuation Committee and the Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee. She has also served as NAR’s representative to The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council, where she chaired the ASB Issues Committee. Michelle was selected by NAR to testify before Congress on appraisal-related issues. She is in her 8th year serving on the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB), the national board responsible for setting the standards that apply to appraisal practice across all disciplines.
