In this class, we’ll unlock the potential of the immigrant market. Discover key strategies for cultural sensitivity, overcoming barriers for first-time immigrant buyers, and effective communication. Learn practical marketing and trust-building techniques to expand your client base and foster long-lasting relationships. Tailored for real estate professionals, with promises of actionable insights to navigate cross-cultural transactions successfully.

Presenter: Brenda Kasuva

Brenda Kasuva attained a bachelor's degree in computer information systems at Towson University.  After graduation, she landed a job as a Help Desk Specialist at Realty Tools, the creators of Toolkit CMA.  During her time there, she got to help real estate professionals navigate through the program and use it in their businesses. Curious about what goes on the other side of the phone calls, she got her Maryland Real Estate License in 2004.

The growth continued when she accepted a position as a Corporate Technology Trainer in 2007.  At this position, she got to travel through MD, DC, VA, gaining experience in training Technology tools for Real Estate agents of a big franchise company.  During this time, she also attained her master’s degree in business administration – marketing from the University of Baltimore and eventually her Associate Broker License.  In 2024, she opened two brokerages - Anayo Referral Realty and CAST Realty.
