REALTORS® Legislative Meetings 2026
The REALTORS® Legislative Meetings is NAR’s premier annual advocacy conference, bringing thousands of REALTORS®, association leaders, and industry partners to Washington, D.C. to influence federal policy and protect property rights. Held each spring, the conference offers policy briefings, regulatory updates, committee meetings, and opportunities to meet directly with Members of Congress.
Attendees gain firsthand insight into the legislative and regulatory issues shaping real estate—everything from housing affordability and fair housing to tax policy, commercial markets, and emerging federal regulations.
The week also features high-level speakers, economic forecasts, networking events, and leadership programming designed to strengthen REALTOR® engagement at all levels of government.
