During this session, attendees will delve into the complexities of government loan programs and the potential biases that may exist within these programs. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical examples, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented communities and explore innovative solutions to overcome bias and promote inclusive homeownership.

Marion Napoleon is the Broker/Owner of Unlimited Realty Solutions in Grand Prairie, Texas. She has enjoyed a successful career as a licensed REALTOR® since 2001. For over 30 years, Marion has devoted her life to changing the lives of others, as a Real Estate Instructor, Certified Life Coach, Author, and Corporate Motivational Speaker.
Marion is an active member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors®, Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, Texas Real Estate Commission’s Education Standards Advisory Committee, National Association of Professional Women, and National Minority Supplier Development Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Programming.
