Ohio REALTORS® is pleased to offer this course in partnership with Dynamic Directions, providing valuable educational programming to our members that supports professional growth and excellence in real estate.  When registering, be sure to list Ohio REALTORS® as the name of the Local Board, Association or Referring School.  Following course completion and confirmation of attendance requirements, participants will receive an email from Ohio REALTORS® for submission of a one-time $20 processing fee to obtain CE (if desired).

Strategic business planning and implementation are fundamental to the success of any real estate company. The plan must be relevant and address both internal and external changes and challenges. In addition, it must be guided by the company’s values, vision, and mission and executed so that every staff and/or team member is positioned to optimize their contribution. This course provides you with a process for developing a strategic business plan, guidelines for implementing that plan and methods for how to apply the plan to real world situations.

This course will teach you how to:

  • Develop a mission statement that guides your decision making.
  • Determine your values and create a vision statement.
  • Identify external dynamics and internal changes within your business.
  • Create action-oriented objectives and assign responsibility and accountability.
  • Manage the effects and impact of both marketplace and brokerage changes.
  • Establish a control of discipline to organize, implement, and manage your business plan.

Zola Szerencses is a globally recognized real estate educator, consultant, and leader with over two decades of experience serving both U.S. and international markets. Based in Orlando, he has built a thriving practice while coaching agents, brokerages, and associations for maximum success. Zola teaches numerous NAR and REBI designation courses, leads strategic planning and consults worldwide on global business development. He has been honored as REBI’s 2023 Distinguished Educator of the Year and holds leadership roles at local, state, and national levels. His passion lies in empowering professionals through education, strategy, and connection.

CE Information & Required Technology:

  • This course is certified for 6 Ohio CE credit hours.  Following verification of course completion and confirmation of attendance requirements, we will email you for submission of a one-time $20 CE processing fee.  CE certificates will be distributed via email within 10 business days of payment receipt. 
  • Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
  • Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.
