Identify and discuss the latest changes and updates to USPAP, analyze how they impact you, and review important existing USPAP rules. This course is required of all Appraisal Licensees by the Appraisal Foundation and State of Ohio every 2 years.
Required Textbooks: The Appraisal Standards Board voted on February 19, 2021 to extend the effective date of the current 2020-21 USPAP through December 31, 2022. Students may use their own copy or purchase an electronic PDF version ($75.00). An electronic PDF of the 2022-2023 Student Workbook ($35.00) is included in the Course Fee. The electronic version of the USPAP Manual (if purchased) and Student Workbook will be emailed two business days prior to the program.
BONUS: You may also take the program offered on April 20,21. A special rate of $259 will be extended if you wish to take both courses. The April 20,21 program is "Modern Technology in Residential Appraising" and is available on the registration form.

CE Logistics (Please read):
- This livestream webinar is certified for 7 hours of appraisal credit and 6 hours of real estate credit.
- Please log in using your full name. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for 90% of the program to receive credit.
- You must attend both days of the livestream to receive CE credit. There will be no partial credit given.
