Virtual Classroom: Modern Technology in Residential Appraising

This program is designed to introduce and illustrate various modern tools to help Residential Appraisers increase their competency, efficiency, and analytical skills.

By the time the seminar is complete, you will have:

1. Been exposed to the benefits of an Assistant and be exposed to what USPAP has to say about significant appraisal assistance;
2. Be exposed to the concept of how increased efficiency relates to increased quality of appraisal analysis & reporting.
3. Be exposed to the upcoming changes involving technology for appraisers
4. Present hardware which help increase efficiency for residential appraisers
5. Introduction of various websites and apps which can increase efficiency for residential appraisers and increase quality of appraisal reports
6. Expose various software programs which will increase appraiser efficiency and quality

CE Logistics (Please read):

• This livestream webinar is certified for 7 hours of appraisal credit and 7 hours of real estate credit.
• Please log in using your full name. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for 90% of the program to receive credit.
• You must attend both days of the livestream to receive CE credit. There will be no partial credit given.
