The objective of this class will be to assist Realtors in understanding the many different areas that comprise mortgage financing in today’s fast paced markets. Realtors will learn the basics of mortgage financing and how to differentiate the many loan products available today in order to best meet their client’s needs. This program will focus on mortgage products, credit analysis, income analysis, and the home appraisal, and how best to provide clients’ direction in navigating their home purchase.

Matt Hemphill brings over 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage lending industry to his continuing education seminars. His career has helped thousands of homeowners, Realtors and other affiliates navigate the house buying process through the eyes of a career mortgage lender. He holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association, is a Past President of the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association and currently holds the position of VP Product Specialist at CMG Financial, San Ramon, CA.
