The National Association of REALTORS® has developed an e-PRO® program designed to increase your ability to reach customers, expand your digital marketing capabilities, and build trust with clients by safeguarding their personal information.
With today’s increasingly accessible technology, savvy real estate consumers are able to find the information they need online, at any time. Your job is to create a digital marketing plan that leverages the latest in technology to make sure they find you first. The program provides high-level digital marketing theory, with practical suggestions for its consistent implementation. You will examine the modern consumer and discover how to capture and convert these prospects into clients. You will dive into an overall online marketing strategy that includes how to use content to engage consumers. You’ll learn how to optimize your primary web-based presence and align your other online marketing activities to connect with modern consumers and convert them into clients.
You’ll also discover where to focus your efforts in social media and how to develop a consistent and sustainable content creation strategy. This course provides a thorough overview of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as well as image-focused social networks like Instagram and Pinterest. Intellectual property rules will also be covered, as will online advertising and paid marketing.
Not only will e-PRO® increase your client base, it will help you keep them by equipping you with the tools and knowledge to protect their personal information from a data breach, and protect the reputation of your company.
Technology is used throughout the buying and selling process – it is up to you to protect your clients’ data from data breaches. In the second half of the course you will learn how to develop data privacy policies and procedures, and fulfill the legal responsibilities created by a data breach.
CE Logistics (Please read):
- This livestream webinar is certified for 12 hours of real estate credit.
- Please log in using your full name. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for 90% of the program to receive credit.
- You must attend all 4 days of the livestream to receive CE credit and fulfill the requirement for the e-PRO certification. There will be no partial credit given.

What are the requirements to earn the e-PRO® certification?
Before being conferred with NAR's e-PRO Certification, you'll need to complete an online application with a one-time application fee. As long as you are a current member of NAR or a NAR cooperating international association and have completed the e-PRO® curriculum, you will receive your official e-PRO® notification via email. Then you may download your e-PRO® certificate from NAR's website and begin taking advantage of all e-PRO® has to offer. As long as you are a current member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), you may use the e-PRO® certification with no annual recertification fees.
