This program provides a dynamic deep dive into your agency options and how to implement in real life scenarios.  The Ohio REALTORS Dual Agency Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) recommended that additional continuing education is needed on agency concepts, including dual agency – to positively impact issues and areas of risk related to the practice of dual agency.  We will also investigate how to effectively navigate earnest deposits and disclosures.  Don’t miss this important program!

INSTRUCTOR:  Larry Schottenstein
Larry Schottenstein is the Broker Owner of RE/MAX Revealty in Columbus, OH. With over 30 years’ experience, Larry knows the real estate market inside and out and has in-depth knowledge of the real estate process.  He has a diverse background from developing residential properties, home building, property management, and serving as a real estate agent, broker, public speaker, TV host, and educator.  Larry has grown his brokerage RE/MAX Revealty into the fastest growing RE/MAX office in Central Ohio and is the winner of the Better Business Bureau Integrity Award and 2018 Educator of the year for the Columbus Board of REALTORS.  Helping agents and clients make the most informed decision possible and being client focused is a passion.  His work ethics, market knowledge, aggressive marketing strategies and keen negotiation skills enable him to get the best possible results for his clients.

CREDIT: This course is certified for 3 hours of core law credit. Attendees must join the program with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
