Tim launched his career in the 1990s as a multi-million-dollar producer, quickly earning recognition for his excellence in real estate. Tim is the owner of Dream Builders Realty and Principal Broker at dbrCommercial, he has successfully overseen more than 1,000 transactions, establishing himself as a trusted advisor to top builders in Central Florida.

His accolades include Osceola County Realtor® of the Year and received their Lifetime Achievement Award, REALTOR® Star of the Year, Rising REALTOR® Star of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Real Estate Office of the Year, Past President of the Osceola Co. Association of REALTORS®, District VP, Florida REALTORS® and Chair of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and served as an elected official on the Osceola School Board for eight years. He was inducted into NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame. Tim currently serves as the 2025 President of Florida REALTORS®.

Originally from Bay Shore, New York, Tim has been a Central Florida resident for more than 35 years and lives in Lake Nona, Florida.
