Megan Wise became the CEO of the Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® (MOAR) in November 2021. She's focused on enhancing member experiences through practical improvements, overseeing the adoption of new association management software that yielded significant cost savings, and working to update the website and streamline internal processes for greater efficiency.

With a background in education and social services, including a master's degree in education from WrightState University and a decade serving families at Miami and Shelby County Job and Family Services, Megan brings a unique perspective to her leadership role. Her career at MOAR is fueled by a desire to contribute positively to the community.

Megan believes strongly in the power of helping others-a principle that guides her work every day. She strives to build a legacy of service, aiming to make a meaningful difference for MOAR members and the wider community. Off the clock, Megan is a proud wife, mother of two great kiddos, and a wannabe homesteader and herbalist.
