Carlton Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of Dayton REALTORS®, serving nearly 3,300 members dedicated to the Miami Valley real estate market. With over a decade of executive leadership in real estate associations, Carlton brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to leading Dayton REALTORS®, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS®.

His career in real estate began at the National Association of REALTORS® as a Leadership Team Program Manager. Carlton is a highly accomplished industry professional, holding the REALTOR® Certified Executive, REALTOR® Green, REALTOR® e-PRO, and Commitment to Excellence designations.

Actively involved in both state and national real estate initiatives, Carlton currently serves on the NAR RPAC Participation Committee AEC Representative and the Ohio REALTORS® Legislative Steering Committee. Before joining the real estate industry, he contributed to the public sector through work with the United States House of Representatives and gained valuable business development experience in the private sector.

A native of Canandaigua, New York, Carlton graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He and his wife, Kristine, reside in the Dayton area with their 12-year-old son.
