Marilou is the owner of The MBR Group, a leadership coaching, consulting and training company which was formally established in 1995. She has studied at Coach University and Corporate Coach University and did a two-year apprenticeship in Santa Barbara with The Hendricks Institute. She has countless certifications directly related to her coaching. She works primarily with REALTOR Associations, coaching both groups and individuals, creating an individualized plan for each association depending on their needs.

Marilou is a weekly contributor to The Buzz and also the Ohio REALTOR Magazine, both published by Ohio REALTORS.

Along with her coaching practice, she is the Broker Owner of a real estate company in Cincinnati and is in her 39th year of real estate.
