Have a dispute? Ohio REALTORS can help

Ohio REALTORS believe in doing business the right way. Part of our commitment to our clients is pledging to help resolve disputes. The Association offers several services to its members and their clients.

All REALTORS pledge to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS. The Code sets forth the obligations of a REALTOR to their clients and customers, to members of the public and to one another.

Difficulties between real estate professionals typically result from misunderstandings, miscommunication or lack of adequate communication. If you have a problem with a real estate professional, you may want to speak with them directly or with a principal broker in the firm. Open, constructive discussion may resolve questions and adversity, eliminating the need for further action.

If you are still not satisfied after discussing matters with your real estate professional or a principal broker in that firm, you may want to contact the local board or association of REALTORS.
