Coaching Corner: More on consistency...

Now, start with your WHO — who do you want to work with? Once you have established your preferred target market move to WHERE — where will you find these people? Where do they hang out, what do they like to do? Ask yourself how to best locate this specific group of people. And then ask WHAT — what type of information will create the most memorable value for them that reflects your expertise? For example, what is important to a first time buyer is not necessarily important to an investor.

If you are an experienced agent and you have past clients, do not forget to consistently stay in touch with them as well. You may have done a fabulous job but out of sight usually means out of mind.

Consistency will place you in the position of becoming their “Real Estate Resource,” which is just where you want to be!
