Ohio REALTORS 2025 ‘REALTOR of the Year Award’
Ohio REALTORS® awarded its 2025 "REALTOR® of the Year" to Michelle Billings of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.
The announcement of Billings’s selection was made at the Ohio REALTORS® 115th Annual Convention & EXPO, Sept. 15-17, in Cleveland.
Judging of the “REALTOR® of the Year” award is based on professional achievements, local REALTOR® Board/Association activities, service at Ohio REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) involvement, as well as business and education experience and civic activities.
Michelle Billings has a distinguished resume of serving in leadership and in making a positive difference within the REALTOR® organization.
In addition, Billings has devoted great energies to enhancing the local community… tirelessly giving time and talent to benefit a variety of community and civic organizations.
For the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Billings served on and chaired numerous committees, including Young Professionals Network, Professional Standards & Arbitration, Strategic Planning and Past Presidents, among others. Additionally, she served as President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in 2019 and President of the Cincinnati Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2017.
Billings’s involvement with Ohio REALTORS® is equally distinguished. She currently serves as the 2025 President and has been an active director, regularly participating in state governance meetings. Her leadership extends across numerous committees, having chaired and served on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Local Government Forum, Legislative Steering Committee, Enlarged Legislative Committee, NAR Strategy Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and the Board of Directors, among others.
Nationally, Michelle has served on the Commitment to Excellence Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Leading Edge Advisory Board, Research Committee, Federal Financing and Housing Committee, Board of Directors and chaired the Local Leadership Idea Exchange and is a Crystal R-President’s Circle RPAC Major Investor.
Committed to professional development, Billings has earned the NAR Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD), and the Short Sale Foreclosure Certification (SFR).
Locally Billings’s service in her community includes volunteering at the local domestic violence shelter and serving on the Cleveland Fed Business Advisory Council.
