Sep 22, 2025

REALTOR® Ralph Mantica, of Dayton, was honored with the Ohio REALTORS® 2025 Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award.

The announcement of Mantica’s selection was made at the Ohio REALTORS® 115th Annual Convention & EXPO, held in Cleveland, September 15-17.

The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award, established in 2001 in memory of Past President Phillip R. Barnes, honors a REALTOR® whose dedication to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and political engagement exemplifies leadership and commitment. This prestigious award is presented annually to those who champion the cause of real estate advocacy.

Throughout the years, Ralph has demonstrated unwavering support for RPAC. Notably, in 2022, Ralph was honored as a member of the inaugural class of inductees into Ohio REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Honor, a distinction recognizing exceptional dedication to advancing the real estate profession through political involvement. He was also named a member of NAR’s Hall of Fame in 2024.

Ralph is a President’s Circle Investor and is a member of a rather elite club – recognized as a member of the $25,000 level for both Ohio and NAR. Throughout the years, he has invested a total of $30,755.67 in RPAC.

Ralph was hand-selected by Ohio REALTORS® President Michelle Billings for this award.

“The real estate industry is successful because of committed advocates and investors like Ralph — here in the state of Ohio and across the nation. We are strong because of your support and dedication to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. Thank you for all you’ve accomplished and continue to do to keep the REALTOR® voice strong locally, statewide, and nationally. We are grateful and honored to have you as this year’s winner.”
