Ohio REALTORS Reveals 2025 YPN of the Year Award Winner
Ohio REALTORS® is proud to announce that Columbus REALTORS® has been honored as the 2025 Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Year. The announcement was made during the Ohio REALTORS® 115th Annual Convention & EXPO, Sept. 15-17 in Cleveland, Ohio. This award is presented to a Local Association that demonstrates outstanding efforts in involving, recruiting, and representing young professionals in the real estate industry while upholding the goals and mission of YPN as established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Columbus REALTORS® have shown exceptional dedication to both professional development and community service throughout the year. This year, they volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center, as well as hosted collections for Toys for Tots and the YWCA of Central Ohio, demonstrating their commitment to giving back to the community.
In addition to their community involvement, the group organized several professional development opportunities, including a meeting with financial advisors from Morgan Stanley to education agents and affiliates on managing personal finances, and a meeting with Ryan Mircale from Ruoff Mortgage to teach members about video production and provide tips. Furthermore, members of Columbus REALTORS® YPN are regularly involved in association events and planning, showcasing their leadership and influence within the association.
