Coaching Corner: Self-Care 101

Self-care doesn’t have a right or wrong way. The most important thing is to let yourself truly care for your needs, whatever that looks like. Maybe you read for a few minutes in the morning, or you say no to plans when you need some quiet time.
A lot of us were taught that looking after ourselves is selfish, and that we should always put others first. If you still feel that way, self-care might feel tricky. When that happens, try to be kind to yourself. Changing beliefs takes time. The first step is to treat yourself with love and compassion.
This week, explore the idea of really taking care of yourself in ways you usually don't, and notice how your energy increases!
