Ohio REALTORS® Installs its 2026 Leadership Team
The Ohio REALTORS® 2026 Leadership Team was installed during the Association’s Winter Conference, February 2-3, in Columbus, Ohio. This year’s team is Mic Gordon, President, Joanne Zettl, President-elect, and Tracy Dunne, Treasurer
Ohio REALTORS® 2026 President Mic Gordon is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty.
Gordon, licensed in 1987, leads a brokerage with 315 agents and six offices and continues to serve clients directly by listing and selling homes full-time, in addition to the leadership roles he has held since 2003.
At the local level, he served as President of Columbus REALTORS® in 2017. Additionally, Gordon has served on and chaired numerous committees, including Governance, Board of Consultants, Budget & Finance, Housing Affordability and Community Partnership, CEO Evaluation, CORPAC Governing Board, and Government Affairs Forum. He was honored as Columbus REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year in 2020 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the organization in 2018.
At the state level, he has been a member of Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors since 2010. Gordon has chaired and served on several committees, including Strategic Planning, Legislative Steering, Enlarged Legislative, Local Government Forum, Professional Development, RPAC Trustees, License Background Check Task Force, and the Presidential Advisory Group to Study Dual Agency in Ohio. He has served as the industry’s State Political Coordinator for Sen. Michelle Reynolds (R-Canal Winchester). Gordon was appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine to serve as a member of the state’s Federally Subsidized Housing Taxation Study Committee.
For the National Association of REALTORS®, Gordon served on the Federal Taxation Committee and was a member of its Board of Directors (2016-2018, 2022, 2024, 2025). He is a “Golden R” RPAC Major Investor, a member of the President’s Circle and has been inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame and Ohio REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Honor. In 2026, Gordon serves on the Federal Taxation Committee and the Board of Directors.
He has earned the National Association of Realtors® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certifications.
In his spare time, Gordon enjoys spending time with his family, following all his favorite Ohio sports teams, attending Columbus Crew and Cincinnati Bengals games, and raising awareness for causes close to his family and friends.
Gordon, a lifelong resident of Central Ohio, has been married to his wife, Patty, for 34 years. They have two daughters, Claire and Paige.
Ohio REALTORS® 2026 President-Elect Joanne Zettl is a sales associate with The Agency Cleveland Northcoast, serving the Greater Cleveland area.
A REALTOR® since 1985 and a licensed broker since 1990, Zettl brings decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage management, and association leadership, with a career defined by professionalism, governance expertise, and service to the industry.
Over the past decade, Zettl has played a significant role in state-level organizational governance, professional standards, and strategic leadership. She has served on the Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors for multiple terms beginning in the 1990s and continuously since 2011, and has held numerous leadership roles, including District 3 Vice President (2021–2022) and service on the Executive Committee. Her committee leadership has included work in risk management, professional standards, political advocacy, communications, and legislative affairs. In recognition of her leadership and commitment to the profession, Zettl was named Ohio REALTORS® Realtor® of the Year in 2022.
At the national level, Zettl has served multiple terms on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and currently serves on its Risk Management Committee. She previously chaired the Research Committee and has contributed to national discussions affecting the profession, bringing a practical, risk-aware perspective shaped by long-term service and active brokerage experience.
In addition to her association leadership, Zettl remains actively engaged in brokerage and client service, bringing a current, real-world perspective to the challenges facing REALTORS® and property owners. Her leadership approach reflects a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibility, ethical practice, and the evolving regulatory and market environment.
Zettl currently serves as President of Chagrin Valley Little Theatre and Vice President of Chagrin Documentary Film Festival. She also has a long history of civic leadership with the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce, where she served as President for multiple terms and continues to advise the Executive Committee.
Zettl is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy and holds numerous professional designations, including CRS, CRB, GRI, SRES, PSA, e-Pro, and At Home With Diversity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and has completed advanced training in leadership, management, negotiation, and luxury home marketing.
Ohio REALTORS® 2026 Treasurer Tracy Dunne is President and Principal Broker at Comey & Shepherd REALTORS® in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tracy currently serves as President and Principal Broker for Comey & Shepherd Realtors®, one of southwest Ohio’s largest independent firms, based in Cincinnati and holds her broker license in both Ohio and Kentucky.
At the local level, Dunne served as the 2024 President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, following service as President-Elect in 2023 and as a Director from 2020 to 2022. Dunne has contributed extensively through committee work, including service on the Contracts Committee (2018–2022) and Professional Standards (2016–2022). From 2013 to 2020, she served as a Cincinnati Real Estate Ambassador and graduated from the 2015 CABR Leadership Academy.
For the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®, she served as Ombudsman from 2019 to 2023, was a long-standing member of the Professional Standards Committee (2018–2023), and contributed to the Nominating Committee (2015–2023) and Education Committee (2015–2020).
At the state level, Dunne has been an Ohio REALTORS® Director since 2020. She has served on the Professional Development Committee (2020–2023), Communications Committee (2022), and Legislative Steering Committee (2024). Additionally, Tracy has been deeply involved in Professional Standards, serving on the Forum from 2021 to 2024, as Vice Chair in 2022 and Chair in 2023.
Nationally, Tracy has served as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS® (2023–2024, 2026). She previously served on the Business Issues Policy Committee. In 2026, Dunne will serve as Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Forum and will also serve on the Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, in addition to the Board of Directors.
Tracy has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth and professional development by earning her CRB, CRS, GRI, SRS, ABR, At Home with Diversity, and ePro designations.
Tracy and her husband, Matt, love to travel and spend time with family.
