Tiffany Gardner Wood is the Director of Broker Engagement & Leadership Development holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and provides risk analysis and mitigation guidance across the organization, leads engagement with Ohio’s Brokers and Managers to drive engagement and outreach initiatives, and provides legal assistance to the Professional Standards program and assists with Core Standards, and creates programs to cultivate leadership skills, ensuring effective management and growth of future leaders.
