Ohio REALTORS® is the state’s largest professional trade association, providing members with the tools, advocacy, education and resources needed to succeed in today’s real estate market.

Being a member of Ohio REALTORS® means being part of a strong professional community dedicated to protecting the real estate industry and promoting the value of homeownership across Ohio. REALTORS® also stand apart by subscribing to a strict Code of Ethics that promotes professionalism, integrity and trust within the industry. The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

To join Ohio REALTORS®, you must first obtain an Ohio real estate license, find a sponsoring broker, and join a local REALTOR® board. Membership is voluntary but requires adhering to the Code of Ethics, automatically providing membership to the Ohio REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

The Ohio REALTORS® is comprised of 30 local associations and boards. No matter where you look, you can always find a trusted expert in your area. Ohio Real Estate License Information

The Ohio Division of Real Estate grants and renews real estate licenses in Ohio. 

Real estate licensees must meet specific continuing education requirements to renew their license.
