Mark A. Sullivan is a partner, investor, and Principal Broker of Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty, LLC, as well as Director of KW Commercial. With 30 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional and REALTOR®, Mark provides knowledgeable leadership and strategic guidance throughout every phase of a commercial real estate transaction—from property evaluation and contract negotiation through due diligence and closing.
Throughout his career, Mark has listed and sold commercial and investment properties across Ohio. His areas of specialization include land sales, land assemblage and development, multifamily properties and portfolios, triple-net leased investments, retail properties, and industrial real estate.
Mark has extensive experience evaluating the highest and best use of vacant land, farms, and development properties. He works closely with property owners to identify opportunities and connect their assets with qualified developers, homebuilders, investors, and retail and industrial users.
