Jessica Kuenzli is the Chief Regional Planning Officer and Senior Director of Planning at MORPC. Jessica is tasked with leading MORPC’s planning, data, and sustainability work. Jessica joins MORPC after most recently serving as Deputy Director of Business and Regulatory Affairs for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA). In that position, she acted as a liaison for entities looking to come to the state to help them navigate the regulatory landscape. Additionally, Jessica worked on evaluating and pursuing various funding opportunities to further the mission of the agency and provided oversight for the Division of Environmental and Financial Assistance. Prior to serving as Deputy Director, Jessica held a number of leadership positions within Ohio EPA’s Division of Air Pollution Control, including overseeing the Southeast district office, statewide permit support unit, and the air quality evaluation and planning unit.

Jessica graduated from the University of Toledo with an undergraduate degree in geography and planning and received a Master of Science degree in geography from Ohio University. She currently resides in Delaware County with her family.
