Lynn Madison is one of the real estate industry's most sought-after educators, known for delivering high-energy, practical programs that help agents succeed in today's rapidly changing marketplace. As owner of Madison Seminars, Lynn teaches more than 200 days each year for REALTOR® associations, MLSs, brokerages, and industry organizations across the country.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate education, Lynn has built a reputation for making complex topics understandable, engaging, and immediately applicable. Whether teaching agency, negotiation, contracts, valuation, risk management, professional standards, business planning, or emerging industry trends, Lynn combines deep subject matter expertise with real-world examples that resonate with both new and experienced practitioners.

Before launching Madison Seminars, Lynn served as Vice President of Career Development for a large brokerage, where she created and delivered training programs for more than 2,500 agents. Today, she works exclusively in education, consulting, curriculum development, and strategic planning for real estate organizations nationwide. Lynn has been a contributing author to many of the Designation and Certification programs for NAR and REBI: ABR, SRS, RENE, PSA.

A former President of Mainstreet REALTORS® and former Vice Chair of MRED, Lynn has served in numerous leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. She currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and has participated on committees focused on valuation, professional development, risk management, and equal opportunity.
