Melanie McLane is a highly respected real estate professional, educator, and industry leader with decades of experience spanning brokerage, appraisal, and real estate education. Throughout her career, she has owned and operated a brokerage, taught courses ranging from pre-licensing education to advanced professional designations, and continues to practice as both a Certified Appraiser and Associate Broker.

A REBAC Hall of Fame trainer and recipient of Pennsylvania’s REALTOR® of the Year award, Melanie is recognized nationally for her contributions to REALTOR® education. She is certified to teach many of the National Association of REALTORS®’ signature courses and has authored or co-authored several of them. Melanie currently serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, bringing her extensive expertise and leadership to the industry at the national level.
