Arica Jones – Provides comprehensive administrative support to both the Legal & Regulatory Affairs and Legal & Legislative Affairs Groups. Her responsibilities include the meticulous publication of department information and course materials, ensuring that educational resources and legal forms produced by Ohio REALTORS are precise and up to date. Adeptly responds to routine inquiries from Association members and the public concerning departmental functions and resources. She also serves as the administrator for the Ohio REALTORS Legal Assistance Hotline.
Responsibilities:
– Committee Secretary for the Following Committees: C/I, Forms, Global Business Advisory, Legal Action, Legislative, Legislative Steering, and RPAC Trustees
– Joint Legislative Ethics Committee (JLEC) Expenditure Reporting
– Legal Assistance Hotline Administrator
– Legal Forms Updating (ohiorealtors.org, Dotloop, Lone Wolf, and DocuSign platforms)
– Local Board & Real Estate Brokerage Attorney Roundtable Registration and Ohio Supreme Court CLE Submission
